VICA’s Labor & Employment Committee reviews labor regulations and policies at the city, state, and federal levels. Key areas include wage-and-hour requirements, scheduling mandates, workers’ compensation, workplace enforcement, and other employment-related issues affecting employers.

Meetings connect members with labor-law experts, government officials, and business leaders to discuss current legislation, regulatory developments, compliance challenges, and their real-world impact on operations, workforce planning, and the regional economy.
