VICA’s Not-for-Profit Committee focuses on the distinct challenges nonprofit organizations face in serving their communities and sustaining their operations. Discussions examine issues such as funding and fundraising, workforce needs, governance, strategic planning, regulatory requirements, and partnerships with businesses and public agencies.

Meetings connect members with nonprofit-sector experts and local resources while providing practical opportunities to exchange ideas, build capacity, and support a strong, resilient nonprofit community across the San Fernando Valley.
